Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States and Canada, and internationally to most countries worldwide. Some remote regions or restricted countries may have shipping limitations — please contact us if your location isn't accepting orders at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
US orders ship via USPS First Class from $7.99, UPS Ground from $14.99, with overnight options
available. Canada orders ship via USPS from $11.99. International rates start at $31.00. Full rate
breakdown is shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- USA: 2-5 business days (Ground), 1-2 days (Express)
- Canada: 4-14 business days depending on method
- International: 5-15 business days

What's your return policy?
Default cycling-industry standard: Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition (no chamois contact, no laundering).
Can I exchange sizes?
Yes. The fastest way is to place a new order for the correct size, then return the original for refund. This way you get your replacement faster and aren't waiting on the exchange cycle.
How do I return an item?
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label (return shipping cost varies — see policy below). Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund processes within 3-5 business days.
Are helmets and chamois-contact items returnable?
Helmets can be returned only if unused with original packaging and stickers intact — for safety reasons we cannot accept returns on helmets that have been worn or dropped. Bibshorts and shorts with chamois are returnable only if you've tried them on briefly over underwear — no skin contact.
