✔ The ADJUSTABLE HEEL RETENTION DEVICE- Each side of the heel can be adjusted independently, for a perfect fit. For a custom adjustment turn the screw towards the + sign to tighten the heel retention device and towards the – sign to open it. Light weight, easy to use, and replaceable. For additional security while pedaling, the new adjustable heel device is provided with reflex inserts for more visibility in dark conditions.

✔ The MTB SRS CARBON-GROUND SOLE consists of replaceable tread blocks in the toe and heel attached to a medium-modulus carbon sole, plus the innovative Replaceable MTB Plate, designed to prevent sole damage from pedal contact.
✔ Most Dual-Retention Bar type MTB Pedals (such as Crankbrothers and LOOK) recommend using a reinforcement plate between the cleat and the shoe in order to prevent cracking or denting the sole. The adjustments in the SIDI Tiger 2 Mountain Bike Shoe are easy to fine-tune for a perfect fit. Starting with the Tecno-3 Push System. SIDI’s Wire material that slides through replaceable closures and can be adjusted by an upper and lower buckle provides equal tension throughout the entire foot. This means comfort and performance are improved. The Tecno-3 along with the heel cup and retention device allow the easy, exact fit you strive for whether you want a relaxed fit on a casual off-road weekend ride, or you are shredding along an obstacle trail that requires a close-fit. An innovative button that can be pushed to lift the buckle is easy to adjust as you ride on the trails. The Adjustable Heel Retention Device closes the back of the shoe around a rider’s heel so the foot stays in place. The top of the heel cup is tightened to keep your foot from sliding as you make tremendous power efforts to jump over obstacles or stay in front for a win. A perfect fit is further offered when you adjust each side of the heel independently. The SIDI Integrated Heel Cup is a new design that is lighter and more durable. Shaped anatomically, it supports the foot creating a more comfortable pedal stroke along with a surface where power is more efficiently transferred to the pedal. Visibility when the sun is covered by clouds is improved with reflective inserts on the heel. The SRS Carbon-Ground sole is stiff and lightweight. Weighing 100 grams less that SIDI’s previous premium off-road carbon soled shoe, the Tiger 2 is an improved performance mountain bike shoe. The rubber toe deflects stones and other debris a mountain biker’s shoes collide with on a trail. Finally, a small feature but important one; the anti-slip rubber helps keep you upright when you are carrying your bike over your shoulder on wet trails.
