The Castelli Sorpasso Rain or Shine Woman’s Tight is the endurance cycling tight for riding in cool and wet weather. The warm, water-repelling, ultra-stretchy Nano Flex 3G fabric is one of Castelli’s most adaptable fabrics. It will dry sweat and provide a surface for rain drops to roll off. Castelli’s proprietary nanotechnology fabric treatment repels water, while the breathability of the fabric wicks sweat and keeps you from overheating. On the hips and thighs, the dense weave of the Nano Flex Xtra Dry adds extra warmth while the stretchy surface keeps the tights from creasing and creating a tunnel for cold air. Wind won’t penetrate the double-face knit. On inside of lower legs, road spray rolls off the reflective waterproof splash guards. Lie-flat elastic bib straps feel nearly unnoticeable even when you are layered with both a Castelli cycling jacket and base layer. The four-way stretch on skin layer adapts to your body and saddle so no fabric will crease and rub against skin. The seamless soft surface has a o layer that fights keeping germs away. You’ll stay dry thanks to the air that flows right through the seat pad. The cushioning layer is made with a multi-density foam that places different thickness of padding in different areas. You’ll have maximum comfort without feeling like you’re riding in a diaper. Viscous comfort inserts are added under the delicate hip bones which are sensitive pressure points. The inserts add extra cushioning. The chamois pad and tight design are woman specific; they are designed to fit a woman’s anatomy.
